Booking Policy

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of £15 is required upon booking all services, this will be deducted from your appointment total. The remaining payment can be done by cash or bank transfer.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a £15 fee (the deposit).

 

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

 

Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-show will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.

All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "no-show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.
